  • But Erik's address has been crossed out (perhaps by officials, after being notified of a change of address?) and replaced with 5273 No. High St., Worthington, Ohio (see this address today in Google Maps).
  • In the section for employer's name, the card has been stamped "The Ohio State University, Columbus" (perhaps the draft registration took place on the campus?).
  • At the top of the card, someone has written (later?): Iowa Child Welfare Sta. Iowa City, Iowa (see the Wikipedia page about the Iowa Child Research Station (where Beatrice did graduate studies).
