This shows the marriage of 30-year-old Jacob Weiss (who was Julia (Weiss) Schwartz's younger brother and Ruth's uncle) to 26-year-old Hannah Schwartz (who was Benjamin Schwartz's younger half-sister and Ruth's aunt).

Here are my notes about this document:
Marriage certificate received by mail from City of New York Municipal Archives.
I believe that Jacob's wife Hannah was the half-sister of Benjamin Schwartz, i.e. siblings Julia and Jacob Weiss married half siblings Benjamin and Hannah Schwartz. Benjamin and Julia's wedding was about 15 years before that of Hannah and Jacob.
Gladys (Schwartz) Kaminsky's family tree shows that Jacob Weiss married Hannah Schwartz but does not indicate whether or not this Hannah Schwartz was related to Benjamin. Evidence that this Hannah Schwartz is in fact the same one that was Benjamin's half-sister: Gladys Kaminsky's family tree lists Herman Schwartz's fourth wife's name as Esther, and it lists the children of Herman and Esther as "Mary Schwartz, Mollie Schwartz, Samuel Schwartz, Hannah Schwartz (1888 - 1950)." This marriage certificate gives Hannah's parents' names as Herman and Esther. Gladys lists Hannah's year of birth as 1888, not too far off. The Hannah in the marriage certificate was 26 in 1913, which puts her year of birth around 1887.
Date: June 15, 1913.
Groom: Jacob Weiss, 64 W. 116th, Age 30, White, Single; Occupation: Printer; Birthplace: New York City; Father's Name: David; Mother's Name: Helen Greenbaum.
Bride: Hannah Schwartz, 4 W. 116th St., Age 26, White, Single; Father's name: Herman; Mother's Maiden Name: Esther Schwartz (was that actually Esther's maiden name, i.e. Schwartz marrying Schwartz? Or was this a mistake on the certificate, i.e. they put down her married name?).
Bride's Birthplace: looks like "Nyirszamto Hung." This looks a little bit like the "Santo" listed in Gladys's family tree as Benjamin Schwartz's place of birth. I haven't been able to find a place with this name.
The bride and groom have the same address, which appears to be in Harlem. See this address today in Google Maps.
The marriage took place at 91 Columbia St. This is on the Lower East Side. See this address today in Google Maps.
