• Here are my notes about this document:
  • Although the transcriber wrote "Fena" it looks like it could be "Lena".
  • I'm sure this is for the right Henry and Leah Brock, not just because the ages and number of years in U.S. sound about right to be Henry and Leah, but because the address here (270 Saratoga) is the same one as in Henry Brock's World War I registration and in Naomi (Brock) Rosenthal's 1916 passenger manifest.
  • Henry's occupation is listed as Tailor and Leah's as Housewife.
