• Here are my notes about this document:
  • The address seems to be 17 Ludlow St. (See this address today in Google Maps). (This census page says "Ludlow St." but doesn't seem to have a number, but the previous page says #17 Ludlow so probably this page is the continuation of that address.) If so, then it seems that between the 1915 census and the 1920 census, the family moved from 16 Ludlow to 17 Ludlow.
  • Although for Meriam the census taker wrote "Relation to Head of House: Niece" I think this should be granddaughter (i.e. this must be Rose's daughter). Rose is described as a widow.
  • The very-hard-to-read name transcribed as "Dora" might actually be "Ida"?
  • This gives Abraham's year of immigration as 1895 and Sarah's as 1903.
  • For "naturalized or alien" it says "pa" for Abraham and "al" for Sarah (I think "pa" is for "first papers," meaning that Abraham had filed his declaration of intent; "al" is for alien.
