This 1925 census form shows Samuel (Zalman) Posner (Esther's uncle), his wife Jennie, and their three surviving children, living in the same neighbourhood of Queens as his younger brother Jerome.

Here are my notes about this document:
- Samuel, Jennie and their three daughters are living at 19107 Jamaica Ave., Queens; their young son Edward had died the previous year.
- They're living on the same street as Jerome and Sonia , about 6 blocks away. See this address today in Google Maps.
- There is another family (the Meyers) living in the same house. (In the 1930 census, which is more detailed, we can see that the Posners own the house and the Meyers are tenants.)
- Samuel's occupation is News Dealer.
- There is another Posner family living right next door at # 19109 (Morris Posner, age 44; his wife Rebecca, age 40; and their children Nathan B., age 14, Zillie R., age 12, and Edgar S., age 3). Might the Morris Posner next door have been a brother or cousin of Samuel's? (and therefore also of Jerome's)? Morris is listed as being a year older than Samuel and as having been in the U.S. for the same number of years (20)—so perhaps they immigrated around the same time, or even together? And Morris has the same occupation, News Dealer. In the subsequent census (1930), Samuel Posner's family is still living at #19107, but Morris Posner's family is no longer living at # 19109.
