We typed our first topic and checked "Map Term to Subject Heading":

We clicked the Subject Heading to see its Tree, which showed that it wasn't necessary to EXPLODE (since there weren't any more specific Subject Headings below Fluorosis, Dental):

Now we typed our third topic and checked "Map Term to Subject Heading":

This mapped to a number of Subject Headings; Ovid had not checked any of them in the "Select" column, since it was not confident which was the right choice:
