• This 1905 New York State census form shows Benjamin Schwartz and Julia (Weiss) Schwartz (Ruth Schwartz's parents), living with their children Helen, Mollie (Mae), and Arthur.
• Unfortunately a number of the columns are blocked from view (it looks as though a piece of paper was placed on top of the page at the time it was microfilmed?).
• Their address is 213 Franklin St., Brooklyn. See this address today in Google Maps. This is the same address listed for them in 1906 on the orphanage application for Julia's younger half-brother Edward. 213 Franklin St is about a six-minute walk from 178 Huron St., which had been their address in 1904, when their daughter Blanch died.
